This role gives you the opportunity to lead a motivated team of Project Managers while influencing the delivery of complex, high‑value client solutions across the investment industry. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract. The role is a hybrid position based from our Woking office, minimum 2 days per week.
Your key responsibilities as a Project Management Team Lead will include:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the PM team, coordinating workload, and ensuring priorities are communicated clearly.
* Supporting and developing team members through 1:1s, performance reviews, and personalised development plans.
* Monitoring performance metrics such as utilisation, forecasting, and reporting to ensure high‑quality delivery.
* Reviewing in‑flight projects to ensure high standards of documentation, governance, and delivery quality.
* Collaborating closely with CSM, Managed Services, and other PM leads to maintain process alignment and continuous improvement.
* Participating in pre‑sales activities by reviewing delivery plans, identifying risks, and supporting client governance conversations.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Project Management Team Lead:
* You must have substantial Project Management experience, ideally supported by a recognised certification such as PMI or PRINCE2.
* You must have prior experience in managing a team.
* You must have experience working with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
* You will have experience from the finance/financial services industry, or if not data or SaaS industry as a minimum.
* You will bring strong leadership capability, excellent communication, and the organisational skills required to guide multiple complex projects.
