What's involved in this Hospitality Manager role:
* To be responsible for day to day running of the FOH department including all aspects of the preparation and presentation of food service areas, ordering, stock taking, menu planning as well as monitoring and maintaining standards.
* Event planning and execution including Lunches, canape receptions and formal dinners
What's required?
* Proven track record of successfully managing events at a Michelin or Rosette level
* Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
* Prior experience at senior leadership level in a high profile environment.
