Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Durham
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the North East's leading Architectural practices who provide their expertise to multidisciplinary projects across the UK. They are in a need of an enthusiastic and talented Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
* Provide architectural design and project management services to a range of multi sector projects
* Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception to completion
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
* Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
* Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of work
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Experience working on projects across numerous sectors
* Job running experience
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
* Strong attention to detail
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
