Key Responsibilities: Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, remote connection, or on-site Handle warranty claims and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions Perform electro-mechanical diagnostics, testing, and repairs down to component level Carry out commissioning, training, and maintenance work at customer sites worldwide Create and manage documentation including risk assessments, reports, and certifications Ensure service activity is logged and tracked using SAP B1 system Support trend analysis and identify improvement opportunities Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Design, Production) to support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement Follow all company quality, H&S, and international trade compliance standards Requirements: Minimum ONC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering 5 years’ experience in a similar customer support or service engineering role Strong background in industrial control systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred) Valid passport and Full UK Driving License Willingness to travel worldwide, occasionally at short notice, including weekends Hours and pay: 38 hours per week Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30 30 mins lunch.
