Property Litigation Partner, Birmingham
Award winning firm seeks to appoint an experienced Property Litigation lawyer to join their long standing Birmingham office as a partner.
The firm has a strong reputation for property disputes work, handling matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act. The team benefits from a very closely aligned relationship with the firm's well-respected real estate department.
In this key role, you'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers whilst helping to develop the profile of the team throughout the region. You may already be a partner looking for a stronger platform to develop your practice or you may be a senior lawyer looking for your first partnership role.
It is likely you will have at least 6 years PQE in property litigation gained with a recognised commercial firm in the West Midlands or in another city or London. However, this is only a guide and the firm is keen to speak to interested lawyers (qualified in England & Wales) with the required experience in terms of technical skills in property litigation work as well as bringing an outward facing, client driven approach and an ap...
