As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism, support students of all abilities, and maintain a positive and structured learning environment. The successful candidate will be confident, organised, and able to adapt quickly to different school settings.
Prime Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area
Support students’ learning both individually and in groups
Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs and abilities
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Work collaboratively with school staff to support learning outcomes
Contribute to the wider school environment where required
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching within secondary education in school setting
Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to adapt to different school environments
An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained)
An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
