Job Description
We have partnered with an award-winning brand marketing design agency based in London who work within all sectors of property, real estate, including office, retail, industrial & residential. They are seeking an experienced Account/Project Manager to join their studio. They work 4 days in the London office with 1 day remote.
The role:
We are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager (dependent on previous experience) with strong creative service/production skills to join our team. You will help manage a portfolio of accounts comprising some of the largest property brands in the UK with the goal to run your projects independently and take on more client facing responsibility.
Day-2-day includes:
* Being responsible for the day-to-day running of property brand marketing projects from start to finish.
* Working on branding & placemaking, website design & build, film/video campaigns, marketing brochures, animation, illustration, social media, hoarding & signage design.
* Thoroughly briefing our design team, and any external suppliers
* Managing internal and external deadlines
* Managing and tracking budgets: quoting based on briefs, monitoring and managing invoicing
* Building and developing relationships with your clients and commercial property agents
* Assisting on new business pitches
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous Account Management or Project management experience. Ideally within an agency environment
* Experience in the Property / Real Estate sectors an advantage
* Strong understanding and experience in the design, artwork and digital production process
* Good organisation and problem-solving skills
* Great communication skills
* Strong client facing experience
