Job Description
Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a mobile basis in Darlington (covering 2 sites). The role will work alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.
This role will be 40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday. Overtime and on‑call available.
Daily Responsibilities
* Planned and preventative maintenance
* Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
* Ensure that PPM and reactive jobs are processed, defects are diagnosed, faults repaired and testing completed
* Carry out work safely and efficiently
* Build relationships with customers on site
* Air Handling Units
* Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes
* Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment, including F‑Gas
* Control systems
Requirements
* Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer
* Multi‑skilled
* F‑Gas qualification
On offer is a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, depending on experience. Overtime and on‑call also available, as well as opportunities to progress.
