Key Stage 2 Teacher – Atherton

Salary: Pay to scale (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a friendly and supportive primary school? We are seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming team at an inclusive school in Atherton (M46).

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver creative and engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils and ensure progress for every child.
* Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
* Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress in line with school policy.
* Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events, activities, and enrichment opportunities.
