Marketing Partnership Lead

Reports to Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. Marketing and Communications team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and other partners.
* Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with our mission and marketing goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute partnership strategies and campaigns.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
* Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure all terms are met.
* Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in partnership marketing.
Qualifications
* Visible passion for healthy lifestyle and charitable work contributing to public health.
* Enthusiasm for marketing and brand communications.
* Highly organized with project management and prioritization skills.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* High level of attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Team player who is positive, hands‑on and able to get the best out of a team.
Experience & Skills
* At least 5 years’ experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
* Passion and energy to drive projects forward and contribute ideas to the team.
* Experience working for charities and/or volunteer organizations is desirable but not required.
