Role Overview
This is a 100% home-based position, equipped with all necessary tools, including a high-end Apple MacBook and additional screens. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team environment.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of Liability claims for various MGAs and insurers, including Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across diverse sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure.
2. Handle a small number of 3rd party property damage claims and other losses like Products Liability.
3. Negotiate claims to final settlement using your expertise and knowledge.
4. Utilize advanced technology and collaborate with a dedicated Claims Support Team.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in Liability or Casualty Claims, from insurance companies, brokers, loss adjusters, or legal environments.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Client-focused with excellent communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Work Environment & Benefits
The role offers flexible working hours, typically 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility for personal commitments. The salary is up to circa £38,000, negotiable based on experience, plus a range of benefits including support for professional development.
