The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. You’ll be:
6. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
7. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
8. Handle incoming calls and correspondence
9. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
10. Support the team with clerical tasks as needed
What you’ll need to succeed:
11. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
12. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Excel
13. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
14. Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
