Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Test and verify the configuration of all IT positions within the branch.
2. Obtain formal sign-off from the Branch Manager confirming all positions are configured and operational.
3. Conduct a full sweep of the branch to identify and list all redundant IT equipment.
4. Ensure all storage boxes are filled per position for removal from site.
5. Safely relocate redundant desktops and laptops to designated onsite locations as directed by the customer.
6. Dispose of packaging materials onsite where advised.
7. Wear full PPE at all times on dmissioned or construction sites:Hard hatHigh-visibility jacketSteel-cap bootsGogglesGlovesNose mask
8. Review and understand all documentation and instructions provided via email prior to the site visit.
9. Carry a hard copy of the ‘Sign-off Sheet’ and ensure it ispleted and submitted.
10. Notify the project team upon arrival at site and again uponpletion of work (including out-of-hours tasks).
11. Adapt to site conditions, including those undergoing construction or not yet ready for full deployment.
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
12. Experience in IT hardware configuration and site support.
13. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
14. Excellentmunication and reporting skills.
15. Ability to work independently and in coordination with site contacts.
16. Familiarity with health and safety protocols, especially in construction environments.
17. Must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment safely.
