As CSA Lead, you will take ownership of the Civil, Structural and Architectural packages, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from construction through to project handover. CSA Lead Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate all CSA works on site * Manage safety, quality, programme, and project delivery * Oversee subcontractors, site operations, and resource planning * Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance * Review drawings, setting out details, and builder's work requirements * Manage project reporting, documentation, and QA processes * Drive snagging, close-out, and handover activities * Attend client, design, planning, and coordination meetings * Support change management and programme delivery CSA Lead Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline * Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer preferred * 10 years' experience within the construction industry * Strong experience delivering large-scale CSA packages * Excellent knowledge of QA, construction processes, and site management * Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills What's on Offer? ✔ Competitive salary and benefits package ✔ Long-term career progression with a leading international contractor ✔ Opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects ✔ Supportive and collaborative team environment Interested?
