Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary: Up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits
Location: United Kingdom, Home based
A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services.
Due to growth in our European operations (UK, Germany, Poland), we are expanding our sales team in the UK. You will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in areas such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will develop major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks. You should have a proven sales record, technical knowledge, and the ability to grow accounts through collaboration and partnerships.
Requirements:
* Currently working as a Key Account or Account Manager, seeking a broader role.
* Experience in relevant industry sectors.
* Ability to manage and grow existing accounts, develop new clients, and work with channel partners.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, or equivalent industry experience.
* Strong management, coaching, and training skills for external teams.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with excellent IT and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, motivation, and influence skills.
