They connect families with trusted events, offers, and engaging experiences – both online and in person. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Sales Executive or Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by securing partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations across the family and entertainment sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, commercially minded individual to join a small but fast growing team where your ideas and energy can make a real impact. You’ll be key to growing the platform’s visibility and reach, working with entertainment providers, local businesses, venues, and family brands. Sales Executive / Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities: * Proactively source and secure new business partnerships, advertisers, and brand collaborations. * Sell promotional packages, advertising space, and event sponsorships across the company’s digital and in-person offerings. * Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in the family, entertainment, education, and leisure sectors. * Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s goals and target audiences. * Work closely with the content and operations teams to align campaigns with brand messaging. * Attend industry events, networking functions, and meetings with potential partners. * Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and report regularly on pipeline, performance, and targets. * Support the development of sales strategies and revenue forecasts as the business grows. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven track record in sales, business development, or partnership management. * Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Experience in media sales, events, advertising, or digital promotions is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of family audiences and the children’s entertainment space (preferred). * Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment, ideally a start-up or SME. * Able to manage your own pipeline, hit targets, and contribute ideas to support business growth. * Self-motivated and positive, with a collaborative approach to working in a small team. * Familiarity with CRMs, digital platforms, and social media promotions is a plus Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
