We are recruiting a Chef to join our Night Shift where they will deliver 100% service to our Production Team in terms of quality, safe product within required timescales.
The rate of pay is £15.61 per hour, £624.40 per week, £32,468 per year plus opportunities for over time, paid weekly (shift allowance included).
Principle Accountabilities:
* To ensure that all product leaving the area meets HACCP requirements and is tasted to ensure quality standards are being met.
* To ensure cooking methods are adhered to, providing consistency of product, and to advise
* Processing Technical of any necessary changes / updates / improvements that need to be made.
* To ensure the cooking area always meets required GMP standards, including maintenance of segregation requirements.
* To actively participate in new product development, as well as ongoing process improvement.
Key Result Areas:
* 100% achievement of CCP requirements and no poor feedback at Taste and Bake sessions.
* Positive release of all products and all methods being adhered to.
* Achievement of 100% in GMP audit. No recurring, impactable non-conformances.
* Production launches to be successful first time.
* Maintain strong communication links with both Preparation and Bowling Up operators, to ensure safe handling of all products.
* Informal auditing of GMP standards
