This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System while driving operational excellence across laboratory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Compliance
* Manage and continuously improve our QMS in line with ISO 13485 and ISO 15189
* Lead audits, document control, CAPAs, and management reviews
* Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and patient safety principles
Operational Efficiency
* Identify and lead LEAN improvement initiatives to optimise lab workflows
* Streamline SOPs, reduce turnaround times, and improve resource utilisation
* Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance
What I am Looking For
Essential:
* Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Biomedical Science, Life Sciences) or experience in similarly regulated environments
* Experience in a quality or compliance role within a lab, clinical, or regulated setting
