OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a visionary E-Commerce & Digital Director to join our small but mighty team our team and drive the next phase of our direct-to-consumer expansion. Passionate about all things digital, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end commercial performance of the Cou Cou Intimates DTC channel. You will have direct ownership over the e-commerce, digital marketing & end-to-end customer experience along with leading the digital expansion strategy. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about leveraging digital strategies to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and elevate our customer experience.
As the E-Commerce & Digital Director at Cou Cou Intimates, you will be at the forefront of shaping our online presence and driving revenue growth through strategic e-commerce management and performance marketing initiative.. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of our DTC channel, optimize user experience, and spearhead innovative strategies to attract and retain customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: E-COMMERCE
* Drive and optimize Cou Cou's DTC channel, taking ownership of all aspects from planning to performance analysis.
* Develop and execute effective growth and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
* Oversee day-to-day site maintenance and ensure optimal user experience.
* Own the Shopify platform, ensuring clear brand messaging, strategic e-commerce buying, and seamless product launches.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including new markets and features.
* Provide data-driven insights to inform business-wide decisions and strategies.
* Oversee e-commerce buying and planning processes – working with Planning & Operations Manager to ensure we are driving sales through strategic buying, inventory planning & product assortment optimization.
* Implement best practices for online customer service and support, setting and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
* Lead online product launches and visual merchandising efforts online.
* Conduct regular analysis of key data points to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Merchandising, to align on objectives and drive results.
* Implement retention strategies for loyal customers.
* Forecast, own & deliver against annual online sales target
* Ensure accurate and centralised data management.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: DIGITAL GROWTH & PERFORMANCE MARKETING
* Develop and execute growth and performance marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
* Lead digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
* Lead strategic planning and execution of digital growth marketing initiatives, including product launches, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
* Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and maximize customer acquisition and retention.
* Coordinate with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional efforts.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing, leveraging innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION METRICS (KPI’S):
* DTC sales performance
* Website performance and user experience
* Traffic metrics
* Growth marketing performance (e.g., ROAS, email marketing ROI)
* Customer satisfaction and retention rates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Hands-on experience in owning and optimizing a DTC channel, with a proven track record of driving sales and growth.
* Passion for DTC/E-Commerce & fights for the customer
* Proficient in Shopify/Shopify Plus, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
* Experience with CRM & CMS platforms
* Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, online merchandising, and UX/UI best practices.
* Proficiency in performance marketing across digital channels, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Leadership and strong communication skills are paramount to drive results through collaboration
* Knows how to push for growth without sacrificing brand
* Strong project management skills, with ability to oversee multiple projects and campaigns
* Works well cross-functionally and collaborating effectively across departments (and experience managing cross-functional teams).
* Familiarity with international, specifically U.S. markets/customer.
* Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time is imperative
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
* Prior experience in building brands and driving tangible sales in the e-commerce space.
