About the Role
Braintrust AI is looking for individuals with a strong background in Chemistry (and Python) to help train and improve AI models. You’ll be working on projects that involve reviewing, evaluating, and creating data or content to help AI systems become more accurate, reliable, and context-aware in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities
* Review AI-generated code and chemistry-related programming tasks
* Provide feedback on correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
* Create and refine programming examples, debugging tasks, and QA scenarios
* Ensure clarity and accuracy in technical and scientific content
* Follow structured guidelines for consistency and quality
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
* Strong Python skills
* Experience with lab/scientific QA, testing frameworks, or data processing
* Strong debugging and analytical skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* High attention to detail
