Your Duties as Car Sales Consultant will include: Overseeing the full customer journey from first contact through to final vehicle handover. Responding promptly to enquiries received via phone and digital platforms. Welcoming visitors to the showroom, providing product knowledge and conducting accompanied test drives. Presenting and explaining finance solutions including Hire Purchase and Personal Contract Purchase. Offering detailed information on value added services such as extended warranties and paint protection. Managing and preparing all documentation required to process and complete vehicle sales. Experience required: Prior experience within the automotive sector is desirable but strong sales experience outside of the industry would also be considered. Demonstrated success in achieving high sales performance targets. Committed to providing outstanding customer service. Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking effectively and eager to learn and progress. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
