Conveyancer – Hornsea
A long established and highly regarded law firm in Hornsea is looking to strengthen its property team with the appointment of an experienced Conveyancer.

The Role:
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\t
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
\t
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, title checks and dealing with enquiries
\t
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction
About You:
\t
* You will have solid residential conveyancing experience, ideally handling your own files from start to finish
\t
* Strong client care and communication skills are essential
\t
* You’ll be well organised, detail focused and confident working independently within a supportive team
