Role Summary
The Crushing and Screening Engineer will work across a designated region of the UK, delivering field-based service, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on mobile crushers and screeners. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for mobile crushing and screening equipment.
* Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown diagnostics.
* Optimise machine performance and reliability through proactive solutions.
* Support customers with machine commissioning, operator training, and handovers.
* Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and parts usage logs.
* Work collaboratively with parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Promote health & safety and compliance on all customer sites.
What We're Looking For
* Experience with mobile crushing and screening equipment.
* Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and travel within your assigned region.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
