Your Role:
As part of this expanding Private Client team, you will manage a diverse caseload, advising local and high-net-worth clients on:
* Wills & Estate Planning
* Trusts & Probate
* Powers of Attorney
* Tax & Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning
What You Need to Succeed:
* At least 2 years’ private client experience (solicitor, legal executive, or experienced fee earner)
* Ability to manage your own caseload with high attention to detail
* STEP or ACTAPS membership is a plus (or willingness to work towards it)
* A passion for delivering high-quality legal services
