We value diversity and understand the strength in leveraging diverse backgrounds and experiences to create teams that are representative of the people we serve. We are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive culture, where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Therefore, we particularly welcome applications from people who are currently underrepresented in our senior leadership team. These include people from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. Last year we launched our anti-racism strategy and our approach is based on real action.
