Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor

Our fee earners are specialists within their respective fields, delivering high-quality legal services and building long-term client relationships.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Residential Conveyancer who shares our core values and is keen to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with solid experience in residential conveyancing who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering excellent client service.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of all areas of Residential Conveyancing including:
* Sales & Purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfer of Equity
* New Builds
* Lease Extensions
* 1-3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
* Ability to manage a caseload autonomously
* Experience dealing directly with clients across a wide range of matters
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Self-motivated team player with ambition to progress
* Professional, friendly and approachable manner
* Interest in networking and business development
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
* Sales & Purchases
* New Builds
* Remortgages
* Registered & Unregistered Properties
* Help to Buy & Shared Ownership
* Leasehold Matters
* Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
* Working closely with internal departments including Private Client
* Ensuring files are managed efficiently from instruction through to completion
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong residential conveyancing law knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple cases independently
* Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
* Good time management and organisational skills
* IT proficient - experience using LEAP or similar case management systems preferred

* Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
