Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £70,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
A well-regarded regional law firm with a strong presence in Bristol is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. The firm is known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients including property developers, investors, landlords, and businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive property team that works on high-quality matters across the commercial property sector. The firm has built long-standing relationships with local businesses and national organisations, offering lawyers the opportunity to work on varied and interesting transactions.
The role will involve:
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Handling landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations
* Assisting with development projects and property finance matters
* Working closely with corporate and private client teams on property-related work
* Supporting business development initiatives and building client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with Commercial Property experience
* Have strong technical knowledge of property transactions
* Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills
* Be capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Have a proactive approach to developing your practice
