We are seeking a SEN Teacher with experience in SEMH settings to join a specialist provision in Carshalton. This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and creating a structured, nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to SEMH pupils * Differentiate learning to meet individual needs * Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies * Support pupils’ emotional development and wellbeing * Work collaboratively with LSAs and SEN staff Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience * Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (UDS) – essential * Available to start immediately What We Offer: * Supportive and experienced staff team * Opportunity for ongoing work
