* Based in Kingston with some visit in Teesside (Hybrid work model 3 days in the office)
* Experience: 10 years in offshore and onshore projects
* Certification: ISO 140001 Lead Auditor
* Will supervise the activity of the Environmental coordinator
Purpose of the position: As Environmental Engineer you will be part of the Health, Safety and Environmental department. You will implement HSE environment management systems in an operational context following the Company HSE guidelines and standards. You will join our BP NEP project (BP Northern Endurance Partnership and Net Zero Target Project).
Responsibilities:
* Develop construction environmental management plan for onshore and offshore activities
* Manage Subcontractor compliance to environmental requirements
* Supervise the activities of the Environmental coordinator
* Interface and work with Company
* Coordinate and communicate with environmental agency, local authorities, internal company’s departments and relevant external stakeholders
* Perform project environmental activities such as completing ENVID, Environmental Plans, Environmental Reporting including data analysis and Environmental Investigations
* Complete onsite activities such as audits, training, regular inspections and produce reports and data
* What are we looking for?
o Education: BEng or BSc majoring in environmental or similar
o Experience: 10 years in offshore and onshore projects
o Certification: ISO 140001 Lead Auditor
