About The Role
We are seeking a Joiner to join us on our new Facilities Management Contract working mobile across Yorkshire County. GRAHAM FM will provide services related to both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of facilities in relation to mechanical and electrical assets, building fabric, roofing, roller shutter doors, fire alarm systems and domestic gas boilers.

**Location: Mobile Yorkshire
Hours Per Week:
Monday - Friday 40 Hours

*Responsibilities
**The Multi Skilled Joiner will be responsible for:****
* Working alongside existing/other members of the team
* Undertaking a range Joinery Tasks on large and small commercial projects.
* Ensuring all works are completed efficiently to a high standard.
* Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
* Updating Site/Project Management/Helpdesk on Progress of works and request time extensions as required.
* Liaising closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works, either working on your own or as part of a team.
* Providing detailed write-ups/PDA reports of works carried out to ensure that both the GFM & clients CAFM system is kept up to date at all times.
* Dealing with a variety of Clients/Customers on a daily basis
* Keeping accurate Time reports on all tasks completed.

*About You
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry
* Demonstrate a sound general knowledge of multiple building and mechanical services
* Fire Door Certification
* Full Driver's License
* Ability to get a DBS certificate.
* Ability to get Police Vetting.
Desirable Criteria
* CSCS card or other recognised Safety training
* Recognised Health & Safety training
* Licensed MEWP operator
* Manual Handling training
* Confined space training
