RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design & deploy the talent strategy that is tightly linked to our business strategy, Purpose and Cultural Pillars, while delivering against functional priorities of key stakeholders.
* Partner with markets to gain deep insight into their business strategies and objectives, enabling development and execution of targeted talent strategies that effectively support and accelerate business performance.
* Embed talent solutions that prepare Primos to be their best and deliver our best years yet.
* Build implementation plans that help HR Business Partners and Line Leaders quickly leverage the talent solutions to impact business results and the Primo experience.
* Coach and support Primos to unlock their purpose, enhance performance and deliver against their potential.
* Cultivate a culture of belonging, wellbeing and growth by championing and deploying key global and local initiatives.
* Lead delivery of strategic development programs, team and executive coaching work.
* Build a pipeline of next‑generation leaders who will amplify our culture and deliver against our business strategy.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience in influencing and leading across matrix organizations.
* Proven experience in Leadership or Talent Development and Design.
* Strong partnership with business leaders and teams, aligning talent initiatives with strategic business goals.
* Leadership experience in Learning and Development interventions and/or succession planning across multiple geographies.
* Passionate about people growth and performance.
* Strong business acumen and determination to see tangible impact.
* Founder’s mentality – focus on high impact work.
* Organizational and project‑management skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in teams.
* Capable of working under pressure and ambiguity.
* Open‑minded, honest, eager to learn, deliver results and have fun.
* English plus at least one other European language.
