Job Description: Restaurant Manager
We seek a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be key in maintaining high service standards, ensuring food safety, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
As a hands-on leader with a strong front-of-house and back-of-house operations background, you will guide and inspire your team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow
* Lead and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and morale
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise efficiency
* Handle customer feedback professionally, maintaining guest satisfaction
* Collaborate with the General Manager on strategy, promotions, and staff development
Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* In-depth knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations
* Familiarity with hospitality standards and professional serving techniques
* Background in food production, kitchen operations, and bartending
