Role Overview
Cera is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Fleet. This role offers a part‑time or full‑time permanent position, with day and night shifts. No previous experience is required.
Our Extra Care units provide residents with self‑contained living spaces and on‑site care staff. As a Care Assistant you will support residents who have varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalised care and support plans.
Typical duties include housework, assistance with morning routines, preparing hot meals, administering medication, helping with washing and dressing, and providing companionship and encouragement.

* A passion for helping others; previous caring experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.
