* Lead and manage audit engagements across a varied client portfolio
* Ensure high-quality delivery and effective risk management at engagement level
* Build strong client relationships, connecting the right team members to key stakeholders
* Oversee resource planning and team workload, ensuring optimal performance
* Communicate audit findings and progress to clients and Partners proactively
* Manage billing and forecasting, negotiating overruns where necessary
* Support team development through coaching, appraisals, and leadership
About You
* ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified, with substantial external audit experience
* Proven track record in managing audit engagements within a professional services environment
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead
* Experience in business development, including proposals and networking
* Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results
