Hours: Monday - Friday | 07:30 - 15:30 (30-minute unpaid break)

Job Role - Cleansing Operative / Van Driver (Environmental Services Industry)

As a Cleansing Operative / Van Driver in Tamworth, you will be responsible for supporting environmental and cleansing operations while driving a 3.5T vehicle across designated routes within the environmental services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a 3.5T vehicle across the Tamworth area
• Emptying bins and litter picking
• Assisting with fly-tipping removal
• Graffiti removal and jet washing duties
• Carrying out grounds maintenance tasks
• Ensuring service standards and customer care requirements are met
• Working as part of a team to complete daily routes
• Reporting hazards or issues as required

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Ability to operate a 3.5T vehicle
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Willingness to learn and carry out physical work
