Business Development Executive
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to support our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads within key market sectors. You will play a vital part in the top of our sales funnel, helping to drive growth across UK and international markets.

- Experience in the manufacturing, adhesives, automotive, or materials science sector is a plus.

Remuneration package
- Salary of £32,000 to £35,000pa, depending on experience.
- 25 days starting holiday + bank holidays (pro rata).

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, Linked In, and other channels to generate new business leads.
- Research and identify potential customers in defined industries (automotive, medical, industrial, etc.).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Set Discovery Call appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of email campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on performance metrics.
Hours of work
The hours of work will be 40 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM 4:30PM
Friday 7:30 AM 1:30PM
