In this senior leadership position, you will:

Education/ Qualifications
Essential criteria
13. Chartered Membership of CIPD or another relevant professional body or equivalent
14. Portfolio of certified/accredited professional development activity in relevant areas of practice e.g. L & D, Leadership/Management, Talent

15. Coaching qualification
16. Project management qualification or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE
Essential criteria
17. Experience in developing and supporting talent management and succession strategies, including identifying and nurturing high-potential talent in complex organisations

18. Commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate ROI & value added from talent management activity
