IKEA Cardiff are looking to welcome Food and Beverage Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team.
The contracts are for 16 and 20 hours a week. We have opportunities in our front-of-house Customer Restaurant and Swedish Food Market / Bistro.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Start date of employment will be 07 July. You must be able to attend on this date if successful at interview.
• Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• We have 12-hour and 16-hour a week contracts. These roles require availability to work 3 in 4 weekends a month, as well as a couple of days and evenings during the week.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Prior food and customer service experience is a plus, but not required if you are hands-on and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
• Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
• Due to health and safety regulations, all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• You will take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant area, and work in our busy dish-room.
• You will ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• You will support your colleagues, lend a hand, and foster a positive work environment, contributing to a happy team.
