Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in South Belfast to recruit an experienced Legal Litigation Secretary to join their busy practice.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in litigation and family law
* Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
* Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality
* Maintain, organise, and update case files (both electronic and paper-based)
* Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings
* Carry out general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice
Requirements
* Minimum 3 year's experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation and family law (essential)
* Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal processes
* Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
