Electrical Lecturer
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £40,454 - £42,828 per annum plus a one-off recruitment incentive of up to £3,000 (dependent on qualifications)

This is a teaching role involving workshops and classroom learning. Your priority will be to engage and inspire our students to reach their full potential.
Typical Day:
* Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our workshops
* Delivering theoretical lessons to support practical applications
Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience sharing your skills in an educational or training environment. A teaching qualification is not essential, as the college will fund and support you to achieve this.

This role is eligible for the DfE Levelling Up Premium Payments of up to £6,000 for FE teachers meeting the criteria. The government offers support for industry professionals to transition into teaching, with funding provided by Leeds College of Building to become a qualified FE teacher.
