WHAT YOU'LL DO
* To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
* Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
* Support the production of site KPI's and reports
* Responsibility for maintaining and managing stock integrity and minimizing DHL's contractual stock loss liabilities.
* Preparation of all relevant documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and local requirements
* Ensuring compliance of all customer requirements and engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience using Manhattan Active is essential
* 6Rivers is desirable
* Previous Inventory Manager Experience
* Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
* Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
* You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
