Management Accountant - Ideal first move into industry Artemis is currently working in partnership with a fast-growing and dynamic organisation thats shaping the future of its sector. As a result of internal promotion, they are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join a collaborative team. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the successful candidate will prepare monthly management accounts across multiple group entities, assist with year-end processes and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making. The Role: Reconcile accounts, including Sage, CMS, bank, and creditors Process monthly drawdowns Prepare management accounts, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis Maintain intercompany matrices and submit accounts for review Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns Assist with year-end accounts and audits Support budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc reporting Improve processes, controls, and accounting systems The Person: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) QBE will also be considered Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met Advanced Excel skills To apply for this Management Accountant job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
