In early 2025, the Pipe Major underwent a transformational £250,000 Capex investment, becoming one of the first pubs to launch our brand-new Two‑Door format. Currently delivering £33k average weekly sales with a 55/45 dry-to-wet sales mix, the Pipe Major is already a strong trading business — with huge potential still to unlock.
