A well-established regional law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team. The Role:
* Managing a varied caseload of employment matters for both employers and employees
* Advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work
* Taking ownership of your own files while contributing to the wider team strategy
* Supporting business development initiatives, including seminars, networking and content writing
* Playing an active role in the continued growth of the team, with scope to help shape its future direction
About You:
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Commercially aware with an interest in business development
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team
