We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Machine Operator. This is based in the Ilkeston area and is a temporary to permanent role.
Duties
* Operating various machines, finishing and packing products. This can at times be physically demanding but you will be working in a team
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine problems to minimise downtime
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
What we are looking for
* We are looking for a somebody who is willing to learn and adapt to new tasks, whilst working to a high standard of quality. Training will be provided
* Previous machinery operating experience would be an advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
What\'s in it for you
* Working hours are between 7am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday with the potential for overtime.
* Pay rate £13.00 an hour. This will be reviewed following your probationary period
