Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm | On-call weekend responsibility

What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (Active NMC PIN required).
* Proven experience in a nursing home setting, ideally with senior or deputy management experience.
* Strong understanding of older adults and dementia care.
* Confident communicator and empathetic leader with excellent organisational skills.
* Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and support the Registered Manager in maintaining exceptional standards of care.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the nursing and care team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate support.
* Conduct clinical audits, care reviews, and compliance checks to ensure regulatory excellence.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Manage rotas, medication administration, and care planning with attention to detail.
* Take part in the weekend on-call rota to provide continuity and leadership.
