What will you be doing:
* Preparing 6-month menus based on feedback from staff and managers
* Supporting and guiding catering staff and the Nursery Manager
* Monitoring catering standards to ensure high quality
* Assisting in recruitment and selection of catering staff
* Auditing kitchens to ensure compliance with TCC and PSN standards
* Ensuring all kitchen paperwork is complete and accurate
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with nursery staff
