Your Role at a Glance
In this vital scheduling and coordination role, you'll help manage both reactive and planned maintenance for our fleet of HGV tankering and jetting units. You'll be the heartbeat of the operational flow, planning ahead while staying agile when things change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule daily workloads efficiently in line with SLAs and service targets
* Optimise job routes to reduce travel and increase engineer productivity
* Liaise with engineers and ops teams to overcome obstacles and ensure smooth delivery
* Balance urgent response needs with planned maintenance tasks
* Manage resources, timelines and workloads using planning tools and Excel
* Attend and contribute to team meetings, helping shape improvements and solutions
* Uphold safety, quality and compliance standards in everything you do
What We're Looking For
This is a fast-moving, hands-on role - perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys a mix of planning and real-time problem-solving.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, logistics or scheduling environment (preferred)
Strong communication skills - able to work well with teams and stakeholders
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
A genuine interest in operations, planning, and continuous improvement
Willingness to learn and develop
