Ready to lead from the front as a Regional Sales Team Manager?We are looking for a coach and strategist to inspire a high-performing field team, driving growth and delivering a massive ROI for our PepsiCo partnership. Representing globally recognised brands, you’ll play a key role in helping PepsiCo create 'more smiles with every bite’ through the Snacks and Grains portfolio - building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing as a Regional Manager
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team through regular field accompaniments, audits, and personal development plans.
* Performance Driving: Communicate KPIs and campaign plans clearly, celebrating success while managing performance where needed.
* Strategic Execution: Translate customer and company strategies into a coherent regional plan that the team can get behind.
What You’ll Bring
* Coaching DNA: A proven ability to mentor others and a passion for helping people reach their full potential.
* Commercial Acumen: The ability to identify new business opportunities and use data to solve complex business challenges.
* Adaptability: A flexible approach to changing priorities and the project management skills to ensure brilliant execution every time.
* Essential Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
