I am thrilled to be working with a manufacturing company in Redditch who are currently on the look out for a skilled ER Advisor to join their team initially on a 6 month FTC basis. We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who will come in and be a do'er. This person will act as the trusted advisor on employee relations matters, delivering expert guidance and hands-on support across a variety of areas including disciplinary processes, grievance handling, absence management, and performance issues. You will collaborate closely with line managers to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices, helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role is full-time and based onsite, ideal for a confident professional who can manage complex employee relations cases within a fast-paced setting. What We're Looking For: Ideally 5 years' experience in employee relations, with strong knowledge of UK employment law Proven track record handling complex disciplinary and grievance cases from start to finish Ability to advise and influence managers at all levels effectively Solid understanding of HR policies and best practices Calm and confident communicator with strong conflict resolution skills CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential Experience in manufacturing would be a bonus We are on the look out simply for a well-rounded, experienced HR Advisor who has extensive and practice knowledge of employee relations work.
